The Accelerator is a cohort-based leader development program—not a class, not a seminar series. Your hand-picked leader goes through a two-day kickoff, five monthly one-day working sessions, and a one-day capstone. Every session uses their real work, real teams, and real challenges as the context for transformation. They're not sitting through generic leadership theory. They're solving the problems you already need solved, just better and faster.

Every participant carries out a real business project aligned with your strategic priorities and sponsored by you or a member of your executive team. Typical ROI on these projects is 15–20x over three years. That's not a soft outcome measure—it's a number tied to real work. The leader development is the mechanism; the business result is the proof.

Some applicants express concern they won't be able to find a big enough executive project to tackle as part of the Accelerator. However, after a short discussion, nearly everyone is able to unearth a sizable project they didn't realize was waiting for them to take on. Unlike typical training, The Accelerator embraces your work as the context where your executives develop themselves as leaders. We'll work with you and your leader to define and deliver a project with a sizable ROI to your company as part of the experience. As for class time, after the 2-day kickoff, each month they'll attend one half-day in-person session, jump on one 2-hour video call, and complete 2 hours of online learning. At the end of the six months, there is a one-day capstone event.
