Unlike typical training, The Accelerator embraces your work as the context where your executives develop themselves as leaders. We'll work with you and your direct report to define and deliver a project with a sizable ROI to your company as part of the experience. As for class time, after the 2-day kickoff, each month they'll attend one half-day in-person session, jump on one 2-hour video call, and complete 2 hours of online learning. At the end of the six months, there is a one-day capstone event.

The Accelerator promises—and delivers—on both, proving development and results have a direct relationship.
