The PROJECTLEADER is a twelve-week, face-to-face program that fixes both. Six full-day sessions. A live project carried through the entire course. WHAT THE PROGRAM BUILDS
Participants leave theย PROJECTLEADER with six capabilities they were not consistently applying before:
- Job Cost Fluency.ย Reading a P&L with real understanding โ true cost, overhead, contingency, and the gap between gross revenue and net margin. Financial decisions are no longer made in the dark.
- Execution Discipline.ย Schedule management, change order discipline, formal delay documentation, and active progress tracking. The back half of a job gets the same attention as the estimate that won it.
- AI as a Working Tool.ย Using AI to pressure-test estimates, model risk scenarios, track utilization, draft communications, and run after-action reviews โ applied to a real project throughout the twelve weeks. Not a demo. A new way of working.
- Leadership Through Influence.ย Communicating project status clearly to organizational leadership, leading a team through earned trust rather than authority, and thinking one and two levels above the contract.
- Talent Development.ย Identifying and developing the person below them. Treating bench-building as a personal ownership responsibility โ not something HR manages.
- Leadership Self-Awareness.ย Naming their strengths, their derailers, and the specific growth required to compete for the next level. This is the foundation on which the rest of the program is built.
