The Team

It's been over three decades since we graduated from the United States Military Academy, but we're still living in step with the ideals of West Point. Its purpose—"to provide the nation with leaders of character"—and its mission to inspire "a lifetime of service" are both alive and well in our hearts and minds.

After years of serving in uniform, our separate paths led us both to settle down in the Ozarks, where we're raising our families and putting down roots.

Looking around our community, we repeatedly met business owners struggling to take their enterprises to the next level. The problem wasn't a lack of resources or vision or will; it was a lack of skilled leaders. We immediately thought,
