Origin Story

It's been over three decades sinceย weย graduated from the United States Military Academy, but we're still living in step with the ideals of West Point. Its purpose, "to provide the nation with leaders of character," and its mission to inspire "a lifetime of service" are both alive and well in our hearts and minds.
After years of serving in uniform, our separate paths led us both to settle down in the Ozarks, where we're raising our families and putting down roots.
Looking around our community, we repeatedly met business owners struggling to take their enterprises to the next level. The problem wasn't a lack of resources or vision or will; it was a lack of skilled leaders. We immediately thought,
"We can help with that."
We're helping create a dynamic business ecosystem in Northwest Arkansas and the Ozarks, fueled by the success of small and midsize enterprises. These businesses act as economic multipliersโfostering innovation, creating jobs, and uplifting the Ozarks as a premier entrepreneurial hub.

There's a proven process for leader growth. I didn't come up with it; I just try to explain it in simple and actionable ways. For 30 years, I've been leading and developing leaders around the world. From working as an executive at Walmart to working with refugees in the Middle East; from flying attack helicopters on three continents to driving forklifts in Ohio; from working as a professional actor in NYC to teaching AP Physics in Arkansas. Leveraging these experiences and solid scientific research, I love to help executives develop their own effective way to lead. This approach has worked everywhere from frontlines to backrooms, from classrooms to cockpits, from corporate corner offices to Silicon Valley garages.
